Aromatherapy / Essential Oils

H2H Wellness Centers believes in a holistic lifestyle. In addition to regular adjustments, nutrition, exercise, massage therapy and aromatherapy are key components.

What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils to affect different body systems, including the mood and emotions. The practice goes back thousands of years, and ancient descriptions of using plants for healing purposes are found in many historical texts—including the Bible!

In today’s day and age, aromatherapy is a global and very diverse practice. In France, the birthplace of modern aromatherapy, essential oils are taken internally and often used in hospitals. In the US, clinical studies and scientific research are convincing more and more health care practitioners to complement their practices with aromatherapy.

H2H Wellness Centers has partnered with doTERRA  to offer workshops, consultations and a full line of essential oils. doTERRA is known for their high standards of quality. You can call our office to schedule a one-on-one consultation, or attend one of our upcoming workshops. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the benefits of incorporating essential oils into your wellness routine.

You can also go to H2H Wellness Centers’ doTERRA site to learn more and even to order oils for yourself.

About doTERRA

doTERRA oils are 100% pure, therapeutic grade and every bottle is tested by third-party companies to ensure that it falls within their quality guidelines. Plants are sourced from their country of origin (for potency) and considerations are given to maintaining sustainability for the plant as well as for the farmers in that regions. In fact, doTERRA’s mission to share the benefits of essential oils with the world extends beyond company policies and into humanitarian efforts through the Healing Hands Foundation. Just as we believe in giving back to our community, so doTERRA gives back to the global community by creating homes, jobs and sustainable sources of income for farmers in third-world countries.
